At Meermin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
